Corporate digital transformation management and Chinese-Turkish crisis coordination in the field during the February 6th earthquake.
PROJECT & MISSION:I served as a manager in training and digital project solutions within the company. However, my most critical test during this process was stepping beyond corporate boundaries during the February 6, 2023 earthquakes to join search and rescue teams from China and take initiative for human life.
TECHNICAL PROCESS & BIM:While maintaining digital transformation and training management on the corporate side, I decided to use my language (Chinese) and coordination skills in the field on the 3rd day of the earthquake. Despite the corporate management's decision to stop search and rescue efforts, I took individual responsibility and established a vital communication bridge between Chinese teams, Turkish authorities, and earthquake victims.
OUTPUT & VALUE:Despite vision differences at the management level and disappointments experienced, I played an active role in the field by prioritizing humanitarian values over commercial concerns. This process proved my stance on making quick decisions in times of crisis, building cross-cultural bridges, and ethical leadership.

I aim to optimize design, workflow, and data management processes in architecture through technology and data analytics, thereby creating an environment of "maximum creativity, minimum error" for architects.
In line with this goal, I accompany project teams both as a participant and as a consultant. I develop templates that automate routine tasks and equip teams with up-to-date digital tools to effectively use these standards and protocols.
The system I present offers a holistic structure that brings analytical solutions to complex problems, supports the design flow, accelerates the project delivery process, and guarantees qualified data flow serving the building lifecycle.
